Pricing FAQ
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, for up to 100 orders a month.
Do paid plans have a trial?
Yes, every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial.
How is billing handled?
Through Shopify's app billing, on your regular Shopify invoice. You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual is billed once a year and works out to about 25% less than paying monthly, roughly three months free.
What counts toward my order limit?
Your store's orders over the last 30 days.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limit?
You'll be prompted to move up a tier to keep customer order editing active. Nothing is deleted, and editing resumes as soon as you upgrade.
Can customers cancel on every plan?
Yes. Self-serve cancellation is included from the Free plan. Store-credit save offers (cancellation deflection) start on the Growth plan.
Do you charge my customers?
No. Extra charges and refunds settle through Shopify, and Mayra never handles card details.
