Everything you can configure
Customer portal
Turn self-editing on or off, set the edit window (time-based or until fulfillment), and toggle the countdown.
Allowed customer actions
Enable each action independently: address, +/− quantity, remove, variant swap (same or any), add item, and cancel.
Restrictions & eligibility
Limit which orders qualify by maximum value, blocked product tags, customer tags, collections, and shipping countries.
Settlement
Balance-due window and expiry behaviour, refund handling, refund approval threshold, and restock on removal or cancellation.
Approvals
Auto-approve changes below a value you set; hold larger refunds for your review.
Upsell
Placements, product source, limits, minimum order value, and manual product lists.
Cancellation deflection
Enable store-credit offers, set the bonus %, monthly budget, and credit expiry.
Order confirmation email
Generate a snippet you paste into your Shopify order-confirmation email to surface the edit link.
Branding
Set an accent colour, logo, and email sender name so the experience matches your store.
Order receipt
Enable a customer receipt with business name and address, tax label and value, and footer terms.
Support-impact assumptions
Set cost per ticket, minutes per ticket, and a fallback deflection rate to drive the estimated-savings reporting.
Keep high-risk orders out
Decide exactly which orders are eligible for self-editing. Anything outside your rules simply isn't offered to the customer.

Automatic settlement
Mayra handles the money side of an edit so your team doesn't have to touch the admin.
- Increases are collected through Shopify with a payment link to the customer; decreases refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds above your threshold are held until you approve, and the order isn't changed until then. Approve and it commits and settles; decline and nothing changes.
- Fulfillment is held while a balance is pending and releases automatically on payment, with balance-due reminders.
- Taxes and totals recalculate through Shopify.
- Optionally restock items when they're removed or an order is cancelled.
Approvals, when you want them
Let small changes through automatically and keep a hand on the ones that matter.
- Auto-approve changes below a value you set; everything above waits for you.
- An Approvals queue in the admin shows what's pending, with approve/decline and deep links to the order.
- Nothing on the order changes and no refund is owed until you approve.
